At HAUS OF DAMES we appreciate your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery. 

All orders are packaged and shipped out within 1- 3 business days excluding Holidays & Weekends.

You will receive an email confirmation after a purchase. Another email notification will be sent once items have been shipped. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to reflect. 

Shipping charges will be calculated at check out. 

We do not ship Internationally at this time. Please check back for updates later this year.

We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider for any issues if an item is delivered and not received or lost in transit.
